Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada / internationally, if applicable.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 7 to 10 business working days of purchase. Made to order or customized pieces may require an additional 7 business working days before shipping. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships.

Shipping time

Standard shipping: 7 to 10 business days

Expedited shipping: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping cost

Free shipping over $1800 / Flat rate of $50 / Calculated at checkout.

Signature & insurance

Because we ship fine jewelry require an adult signature on delivery and are fully insured in transit. If a package is lost or damaged in shipping, contact Support@saffronstarjewels.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can open a carrier claim.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Please verify all shipping information before placing your order.

Saffron Star is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

·         Do not discard the packaging.

·         Take clear photographs of the package and product.

·         Contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 1 business days of delivery.

Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain addresses where delivery restrictions apply.

Additional verification may be required for high-value purchases.
