At Saffron Star, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

 

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

 

Eligibility

Ø  Be unused and unworn.

Ø  Be in its original condition.

Ø  Be returned in its original packaging.

Ø  Include all original tags, certificates, documentation, and accessories.

Ø  Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective

Ø  Customized or personalized jewelry.

Ø  Engraved products.

Ø  Special-order or made-to-order items.

Ø  Gift cards.

Ø  Final sale or clearance items.

Ø  Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Earrings may be excluded for hygiene reasons confirm your policy.

How to return

Email: Support@saffronstarjewels.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not ship jewelry back without a return authorization unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error wrong item, defect.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, Saffron Star reserves the right to:

·         Decline returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

·         Limit excessive or abusive return activity.

·         Request additional verification before approving refunds.

Return shipping insurance

We recommend using the prepaid, insured label we provide. Saffron Star is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit if shipped outside our provided label.
